Who is your Prospect?
You will be calling on CEOs, Medical Directors, Executive Directors and physicians in leadership positions at large primary care physician practices in a multi-state region.  

What will you do?
As the Health Network Executive, you will be responsible for delivering new business and sustaining customer satisfaction in your accounts in coordination with the Treatspace Customer Success team.  

Working with the Treatspace sales development and marketing teams, you will be managing a significant pipeline of physician practices through an assessment and decision-making process from a sales qualified lead to a decision in an expected three-month cycle.  You will conduct executive discovery sessions to determine the customer’s current and desired situation related to referral management and care coordination. You will also examine existing workflow and deliver an impact analysis that demonstrates an expected ROI and compelling reasons for adoption of the Treatspace system.  

What will you need to know and be able to do?
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a successful track record in selling technology solutions and services in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate understands the current healthcare dynamics around independent and employed physician practices, hospitals, healthcare systems, Accountable Care organizations and payors.  The ideal candidate must also demonstrate requisite skills to be successful in a complex, strategic selling environment that involves multiple decision-makers.  Treatspace is a disruptive solution, that delivers high performance results. You must be able to professionally ask the hard questions and effectively help a client assess what is really working and not working in current processes in order for them to most efficiently be positioned for value-based care.  

We also want your innovation and drive to continue to optimize our sales processes. 

Who We Want to Hire
Healthcare technology-experienced sales professionals with a minimum of 6 years of field-based strategic selling who always achieve or exceed their quotas.  You must love and have been successful in new business selling. Both clinical experience and selling experience in a SaaS company is highly desired.

What to Expect from the Role
HQ will be Treatspace's Pittsburgh office however we are open to candidates who live in other regions within the United States provided they are able to spend regular time in Pittsburgh (especially during initial training and on-boarding) . Otherwise, you will be traveling to customer sites in a regional and sometimes on a national basis to close business in targeted practices. You will be critical to the growth of the company and be involved in decision-making around sales processes, tools and strategy.

Compensation                                
Salary is based on relevant experience. 
Base salary, commission and bonus eligibility for exceeding quota.
